Mattress firm to the extreme and not level. No on-site baggage storage. No on-site management (which meant management was not aware the smoke detectors were wired in and were being tested by a technician on on property rather than ringing due to batteries needing to be replaced). Not a true b&b in that there were only boxed meals to go.

We have no complaints about the service and cleanliness. Both were excellent. The hotel is in need of a major renovation- everything, particularly the bathroom and elevators, need a complete up-do.
